Telemachus is a company which makes companies. It finds inefficient and poorly run businesses whose moats have become shallow thanks to AI and other advances. It then clones and improves these businesses from scratch. Just as cloud computing and the internet allowed for the creation of VC-backed SAAS startups and junk bonds allowed for LBO funds, we believe that the increases in execution ability and abundance of context which come from LLMs will allow for an entirely new structure of business.
Telemachus is mostly a collection of business units. Each one is focussed around a target business. Each target has been de-risked with a detailed business plan, a team of 2-4 people and all the necessary capital, expertise and relationships.
